ACCOUNT TEAM
A dedicated account manager will be your primary liaison and day-to-day contact. His or her role is to be your strategic consultant, brand steward, client advocate and customer service representative. Account managers are assisted by project managers, who act as an internal point of contact for a project, managing scopes, timelines and budgets.
CREATIVE TEAM
The creative team includes art directors, designers and copywriters—all of whom are managed by the creative director. This group is responsible for your brand—the look and feel, tone and manner, messaging, user interfaces and other related aspects.
MEDIA TEAM
Each client has a designated media planner who researches, negotiates, contracts and optimizes media placements, including banners, search, e-mail and other media channels.
TECHNOLOGY TEAM
The technology team members act as our product support specialists. Our technology director oversees a staff that includes information architects, site builders, developers, quality assurance engineers and analytics specialists.
