ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

You have several years of account management/client relationship building, along with an understanding of performance-based marketing strategies (cost-per-acquisition), Web development and online advertising. You are your clients’ primary liaison, strategic consultant, brand steward, advocate and customer service representative. You will work alongside project managers, who act as an internal point of contact for a project—helping to manage scopes, timelines and budgets. *Must have the thoughtful and strategic sense to know when to buy a client a gift and when to bring doughnuts for the team. Owning a whip, or just loving the sound that one makes, as well as being able to make Johnny-on-the-spot decisions, is a plus.

SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING MANAGER

You are responsible for developing, managing and delivering best practices for successful search engine optimization (natural placements) and pay-per-click search marketing for clients. You will be hands-on, highly analytical and experienced in managing search engine marketing campaigns, identifying new ways to develop them, and implementing and supporting search engine marketing strategies and programs to drive traffic and improve click-through rates and ROI. You will also be responsible for supervising a small team of media and analytical assistants. *Must not be afraid of spiders or bots. A close friendship with Larry Page and Sergey Brin is a plus.

MEDIA SUPERVISOR

You are a confident, goal-oriented online media superstar with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for online advertising. You have the online marketing expertise and the creative problem-solving ability to provide media-focused solutions to meet client objectives, along with excellent campaign management skills, organizational, strategic thinking, analytical and leadership abilities. You have extensive experience with PPC search engine management, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, and banner placement and optimization. *Must get giddy (or start frothing) over finding, and cleverly negotiating, an untouched media spot.

MEDIA PLANNER

As a media planner, you will develop, evaluate and coordinate online marketing efforts for regional and national clients. You will also manage multiple vendors and partners on a day-to-day basis—gathering new creative requests, optimizing campaigns to achieve objectives, and reporting month-end numbers. Your talents include building relationships, research, negotiation and online media optimization and analysis. You have a passion for online advertising and determining the best media placements for our online clients. *Must love numbers… or arrive at meetings with a giant calculator to fake it!

COPYWRITER

You are a savvy marketer, engaging writer, collaborative team player, conceptual thinker and excellent communicator. You will identify and execute the creative strategy and editorial voice of each project, and may provide quality assurance for a pool of freelance writers. You will be responsible for clients’ brand tone and manner and messaging. *Must enjoy working with occasionally cranky designers who demand either more or less copy to make their design “look better.”

DESIGNER

You possess the ability to take abstract concepts and minimal corporate visualization (generated by a creative director) and turn them into visually exciting, innovative designs that are Web-friendly, navigate easily, represent the client's goals, satisfy branding requirements, communicate information architecture and enhance the user experience. You are an expert in interactive design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady) and have some experience with Flash, Director, Enliven and DHTML. *Must occasionally don false gold teeth (okay, except when gold doesn’t match your dunks!) and have a love of hip-hop, crunk, crate-digging and a bit of bling. (P.S. Other interests and musical tastes are definitely desired!)

PROJECT MANAGER

You are responsible for managing and driving internal projects from an approved scope of work through implementation. You will manage projects according to scope, time and cost while working in partnership with the account manager to keep each element in check. Mandatory skills sets include attention to detail, a willingness to learn new technologies, knowledge of online advertising, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to direct team members and drive projects, and strong client-facing written and verbal communications. *Must be kind to critters, require daily double-tall mochas, and have the ability to respond to e-mail, listen, talk and forecast dates—all at the same time.

SITE BUILDER

You are responsible for the construction and development of the front-end portion of Web sites. You will work with the information architect to develop the site’s directory structure and file-naming convention. You will also work with the creative director to convert page designs into fully coded Web pages and optimized graphics. You must be proficient in the utilization of HTML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies, and able to adapt to and integrate with others as well, such as ASP, JSP and other CGIs. *Must have topnotch Foosball skills and have nearly daily cravings for Quiznos, along with the ability to resist the urge to speak in meetings. Not owning the book AOL for Dummies is a plus.

DEVELOPER

You are the technical point person for project teams, offering technical solutions for online advertising development. You will create products that are highly available, scalable and maintainable. You will use and understand standard methodologies and cutting-edge practices to ensure the structure and reliability of the interactive product. You are able to script solutions (primarily Flash and DHTML) for rich media, architect and develop applications for client projects, and assist IT with admin issues surrounding software tools. *Must own a time machine for frequent historical trips. Must have Zen-like patience to explain seemingly simple stuff… more than once. Ability to read minds is a plus.
